About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agri Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Operations Specialist to join our team at Biogen. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in the safe operation of the site, including the loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform operational decisions.
  • Perform site general housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently.
  • Support planned downtime of key equipment for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AD operations and feedstock management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
