About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Agri Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our AD plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in the safe operation of the AD plant, including loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler.
  • Carry out data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct site general housekeeping, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assisting with planned downtime of key equipment.
  • Assist with the overhaul of equipment to ensure safe and cost-effective operation.
Requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised for periods of time and be undeterred by physical dirty work.
  • Experience in a related process industry, ideally with a qualification or experience in Telehandler, confined spaces, working at heights, and first aid.
  • Ability to follow procedure and protocol, with experience of cost control and working within budget.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Desirable: experience of environmental, safety, and quality management systems.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus allowance and overtime.
  • 23 days leave (equivalent to 6.6 weeks holiday) and 4% employer pension.
