Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Operator to join our team at Biogen. As an Agri Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe operation of our site, ensuring the efficient and effective processing of feedstocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in the safe operation of the site, including loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler.
  • Carry out data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize site performance.
  • Contribute to site general housekeeping, including maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) System and planned downtime of key equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the biogas or anaerobic digestion industry.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
