About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Agri Anaerobic Digestion Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our anaerobic digestion site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in the safe operation of the site, including loading and sorting of feedstocks via Telehandler.
  • Carry out data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Conduct site general housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Participate in planned downtime for equipment overhaul and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Ability to work unsupervised for periods of time and be undeterred by physical dirty work.
  • Experience in a related process industry, preferably with a qualification or experience in Telehandler, confined spaces, working at heights, and first aid.
  • Ability to follow procedure and protocol, with experience of cost control and working within budget.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and a great team player, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
  • Desirable experience in environmental, safety, and quality management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to operate a telehandler truck.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience.
  • Allowance and overtime paid for approved additional hours worked.
  • 23 days leave (equivalent to 6.6 weeks holiday).
