Job Title: Behavioural Change Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Change Practitioner to join our team at Seetec Group Ltd. The successful candidate will work with individuals demonstrating domestic abuse and/or stalking behaviours, providing specialist interventions to reduce the risk of harm to others and support perpetrators to develop healthy, non-abusive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, from induction to completion, ensuring effective engagement and risk management.
  • Develop and implement engagement plans, providing regular face-to-face and remote interventions to promote positive change.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of participant data, including attendance, risk, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with participants, colleagues, and multi-agency staff to ensure effective collaboration and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is desirable, but not essential.
  • Relevant market experience and the ability to work with individuals with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
  • Understanding of issues related to stalking, domestic abuse, and child protection.
  • Principles of case management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Basic risk management principles and the importance of multi-agency work.
