About the Role

RISE Mutual CIC Careers is seeking a Behaviour Change Specialist to join our team. As a Behaviour Change Specialist, you will work directly with perpetrators identified as high-risk to help reduce domestic abuse and improve outcomes for all involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with perpetrators on a one-to-one basis, securing their commitment to behaviour change.
  • Collaborate with existing agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated interventions.
  • Work closely with IDVA services to manage risks and develop safety plans.
  • Manage a caseload of high-risk perpetrators, developing personalised support plans based on comprehensive assessments.
