The Role:
The new Head of Campaigns will be responsible for delivering behaviour change campaigns to support specific priorities of Southwark 2030 and build resident satisfaction. We are looking for a leader with experience of delivering multiple high-impact campaigns, using behavioural science to create both communications and on-the-ground interventions that help deliver impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an annual integrated campaign plan that delivers the council's strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement behaviour change campaigns to support specific priorities of Southwark 2030.
- Work with the Director, Communications, Engagement and Change and the wider team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering multiple high-impact campaigns.
- Knowledge of behavioural science and its application in campaign development.
- Ability to work with a diverse team to deliver campaign objectives.
