Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the relevant team members
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
- Meeting room hospitality – setting up and clearing down
- Maintaining the reception area's tidiness and organization
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- A friendly and approachable team player
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A proactive and organized approach to work
- Experience with Microsoft Office Packages
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
