About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in a range of Emergency and Acute Care Specialties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on the use of medicines to treat patients within a specialist area
  • Manage difficult or ambiguous situations
  • Prioritise and manage workload
  • Demonstrate an advanced level of reasoning and judgement

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical or Technical Pharmacy or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Registered as a pharmacist with The General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Working towards and will have completed Independent Prescribing qualification by commencement in post
