About the Role

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a key leadership role. As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across our hospital, including dispensary, outpatient, inpatient, and specialist services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients across various specialties, including cardiology, respiratory, endocrinology, and more.
  • Develop and implement medicines optimisation strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues to develop their clinical skills.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy with pre-registration training and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, with a minimum of four years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
