Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Pioneer Search.

The successful candidate will play a key role in our Finance Transformation Programme, working closely with the finance team to understand and assess the changing needs within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals and business cases for finance technology initiatives by translating requirements into solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
  • Document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan
  • Review, maintain, and suggest modifications as appropriate, to the current procedures and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on Finance Transformation Programmes, ideally from the Lloyd's/London specialty insurance
  • Proven track-record in working on delivery of complex finance-oriented technology implementation projects across vendor system implementation, integration and custom build solutions
  • Knowledge of finance systems, finance function, accounting concepts and principals
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate scope and finances
  • Strong relationship management skills across all levels of the business

This is a permanent role, paying up to £70,000 base + benefits, with a requirement for 3 days a week working from our London office.
