About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Ivy Temple Row Birmingham. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front of house team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of the front of house operation, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
