As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at our head offices.

In this role, you will report directly to the Management Accountant and will be responsible for:

  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Completing month-end reconciliations for all bank account balance sheet accounts
  • Ensuring precise journal entries
  • Delivering all essential financial reports
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Collaborating with cash allocation and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice inquiries and match payments
  • Upholding strict compliance with bank approval controls
  • Assisting Management Accountants with various tasks
  • Undertaking additional assignments as required

Candidate Profile:

To be eligible for the Financial Operations Associate position, you should ideally possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong motivation and drive
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
