Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to identify and resolve client issues, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to clients on our products and services, ensuring they are fully utilized and optimized.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of data integrations and payroll processes.
