Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sports Betting Host to join our team in Luton. As a Sports Betting Host, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing accurate and efficient betting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist Customers

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, answering their queries and addressing their needs.

Process Bets Accurately

Process bets efficiently and accurately, ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with Betting Options

Assist customers with queries about betting options, odds, and how to use betting terminals.

Maintain a Clean Environment

Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring all promotional materials and displays are current and well presented.

Monitor and Replenish Stock

Monitor and replenish stock levels as necessary, including betting slips, pens, and other materials.

Stay Up-to-Date with Sporting Events

Keep up to date with sporting events, betting regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Support Promotional Activities

Support the Shop Manager with promotional activities and events.

Adhere to Company Policies

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Participate in Training

Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers.

Betting Knowledge

Good knowledge of betting options, odds, and regulations.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain betting options and regulations to customers.
