Operations Manager Gaming Job Description

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Gaming to join our team at Grosvenor Luton Casino. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient gaming operation that excites and entertains our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming activities in the Casino.
  • Drive performance of the casino measured against targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Help build a highly capable management team who are passionate about safer gambling, customer excellence, and a quality product.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong Gaming Team with personal development plans in place for direct reports.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability; review labour costs and contracted hours for the gaming team.
  • Ensure the casino complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements; be a champion for safer gambling.
  • Perform Duty Manager responsibility as per the weekly management rota.
  • Conduct and record EDD and RG conversations with customers.
  • Be responsible for Customer Experience and Satisfaction Targets.
