Job Title: Retail Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in our betting shops.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, contributing to the success of our shops and the company as a whole.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, taking on additional responsibilities as a key holder.
Working Patterns:

Our shops are open from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, with varying shifts and rota patterns. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
