**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including developing and implementing individual care plans and providing emotional support and guidance.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive a comprehensive and integrated service, including education, therapy, and activity-based interventions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our values and goals.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure that our young people receive the best possible support and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
- A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion).
- A full driving license issued in the UK.
- A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
- Training and experience in de-escalation, safe restraint, and physical intervention (such as Team Teach, MAPA, etc.).
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
