**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding levels of childcare and support to our young people, promoting their growth and development.
  • Deliver intervention and activity programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and peaceful environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion).
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Training and experience in de-escalation, safe restraint, and physical intervention (such as Team Teach, MAPA, etc.).
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above (due to industry regulations).
