**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including planning and delivering activities and interventions to meet their individual needs.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for our young people.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion).
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Training and experience in de-escalation, safe restraint, and physical intervention (such as Team Teach, MAPA, etc.).
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
