About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Communications Specialist to join our team at Markerstudy Group. As a key member of our Customer Communications team, you will play a vital role in crafting clear, concise, and engaging customer communications across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective customer communication strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Write and edit customer communications, including letters, emails, and scripts, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance communication to ensure our communications are always relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to review and approve customer communications to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews of communications to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback and data metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer communications and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, with a specific knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
