Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated proficiency in standard computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and provide effective solutions
