Eximius Finance is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our investment oversight team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk analyses across all of our investment mandates, as well as leading the implementation and deployment of risk systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement risk analyses across all of our investment mandates, with a focus on the TAA portfolio.
- Risk System Implementation: Lead the implementation and deployment of risk systems and tools to analyze risk and performance.
- Data Management: Streamline data and report update processes, working closely with analysts and IT as needed.
- Portfolio Exposures and Risks: Develop tools to analyze and report on portfolio exposures and risks.
- Risk and Performance Reporting: Develop informative risk and performance reporting and analytics for our investment mandates.
- Investment Style Analysis: Develop analytics to understand drivers of performance and investment styles across investment mandates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience within the asset management or pension fund space.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, including supervising and developing analysts.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to face off to senior management, investment committees, and external bodies.
