We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Eximius Finance as a Strategic Risk Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and reviewing the active risk budget allocation across all active mandates and providing input to the strategic asset allocation review process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing risk analyses across all of the USSIM investment mandates, with a focus on the TAA portfolio
  • Leading the implementation and deployment of risk systems and tools to analyze risk and performance
  • Streamlining data and report update processes, with support from analysts and IT where necessary
  • Developing tools and analyzing and reporting on portfolio exposures and risks
  • Developing informative risk and performance reporting and analytics for the USSIM investment mandates
  • Developing analytics to understand drivers of performance and investment styles across investment mandates
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience within the asset management or pension fund space
  • Ability to face off to senior management, investment committees, and external bodies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as experience working with risk systems and tools.
