Warehouse Administration Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Clerk to join our team at Wincanton. As a key member of our Administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sale orders to meet customer expectations
- Book in imports, generate picks, dispatch, returns, and manage Proof of Delivery (POD's)
- Maintain effective relationships with customers, team members, and other functions to deliver excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Contribute to introducing, implementing, and supporting innovative ideas, changes, and solutions
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse administration experience preferred
- Excel knowledge with experience of maintaining complex spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative
- A strong 'Can Do' attitude
- Ability to manage and succeed in a demanding environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads in busy periods
