Parish Clerk and Financial Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clerk to the Council and Responsible Financial Officer. This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week, working from home with occasional attendance at meetings in the Parish Rooms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the council's administration and services for the people of Norton, Campsall, and Sutton.
- Service council meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and compile correspondence.
- Compile and manage accounts, as well as fulfill the statutory role of Responsible Financial Officer.
- Undertake research, advise the council, and carry out other duties as required.
**Requirements**
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant experience in local government administration and/or holding the Certificate in Local Council Administration.
