Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to provide efficient and effective support to the Principal and act as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will come from an administrative background and have previous experience of leading and motivating staff, providing clear vision and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team
  • Assume the responsibility of Office Manager, line managing the academy's Reception/Admin function
  • Clerk all meetings and provide administrative support on behalf of the Chair
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, and external partners
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
  • Previous experience of leading and motivating staff, providing clear vision and direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gain credibility at all levels
  • Well-developed ICT skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
