Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary
As a key member of the Aspire team, you will provide comprehensive administration and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Working closely with clinicians and partners, you will be responsible for managing medical records, handling queries from service users and their families, and maintaining accurate data records.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff, applying discretion and empathy where necessary.
- Create and maintain up-to-date computerized patient records and recall systems on SystmOne.
- Update new referrals and maintain current records, adhering to records management principles.
- Provide an efficient and timely photocopying and scanning service to the team.
- Liaise between clients, professional staff, and multi-agency partners as required.
