We are on the lookout for skilled Event Hospitality Beverage Staff to become part of a dedicated team providing exceptional service in hospitality settings.

If you are interested in part-time work, we are seeking staff for various event days throughout the season.

Working Hours

Part-Time Shift Work, compensated weekly at a rate of £12.00 per hour. Shifts will be available throughout the year on various event days, with flexible hours ranging from 6-7 hours for beverage service shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and ensure satisfaction
  • Serve a range of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
  • Work collaboratively with beverage servers as part of a unified team
  • Efficiently manage customer queues and service demand
  • Maintain adequate stock levels based on customer needs
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of service areas
  • Utilize electronic payment systems for transactions
  • Proactively assist guests and recommend additional offerings
  • Address any customer issues by escalating to management
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate punctuality

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Must be able to travel independently to the venue
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in addressing customer inquiries
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and motivated work ethic
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
