Position Overview:

We require experienced, passionate, and dedicated supervisors to join our team.

Your ability to effectively manage and inspire your team will be crucial for their success.

This role involves fostering strong relationships with regular attendees and understanding their expectations for each event. You will need to be adaptable, as various hospitality suites—including Executive and VIP sections—demand an exceptional standard of service. Our hospitality services cater to a diverse clientele, offering a range of dining experiences from casual street food to exquisite multi-course meals.

You will be responsible for ensuring your operational area is fully equipped and prepared ahead of service, taking into account expected attendance, service timelines, and any specific targets. Leading briefings for each shift will be essential, as you prepare your team for the day and motivate them to be proactive and enthusiastic.

Work Schedule

Part-Time Shift Work, with weekly pay. Compensation starts at £18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Shifts will be available throughout the year on various event days, typically ranging from 7 to 8 hours.
