About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team at Burnley FC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Event Preparation: Ensure that suites are set up and ready for guests prior to the event.
- Order Taking and Service: Take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, using tablets as required to ensure efficient service.
- Guest Interaction: Proactively assist guests with their requirements, provide excellent customer service, and escalate any customer complaints to management.
- Teamwork and Communication: Liaise with management and chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements:
- Travel and Flexibility: Must be able to travel independently to the venue and be flexible with working hours.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
