Join Our Team as a Waiting Staff Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff at Burnley FC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the management and chef team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively address any customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including match days and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
