Join Our Team as a Waiting Staff Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff at Burnley FC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Operating tablets to manage food service and ensure efficient delivery
  • Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with management and chefs to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including match days and events
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
