We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff at Burnley FC for the upcoming 2024/2025 season.

About the Role

As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our events. Your duties may include:

  • Setting up suites prior to guest arrival
  • Order taking and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Using tablets to manage food service and ensure timely delivery
  • Assisting guests with any requirements and escalating customer complaints to management
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of punctuality
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Available to work part-time shifts, paid weekly
  • Willing to travel independently to the venue
  • Organized and able to manage their time effectively
  • Confident in their ability to interact with people and provide excellent customer service
  • Team players with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Driven and dependable in their approach to work
  • Upbeat and welcoming in their personality
