Position Overview:

We require experienced, passionate, and dedicated managers to join our team.

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee 4 to 8 service points on event days, ensuring smooth operations in both the home and away sections of the venue. Each service point will have a Team Leader and several Cashiers, and you will serve as their primary contact. Your responsibility will include promptly addressing customer inquiries to ensure a positive service experience.

You must effectively manage your team to help them excel in their roles. You will be expected to ensure that your operational area is fully stocked and equipped before service, taking into account anticipated customer volume, service times, and any performance targets set for you. Leading pre-shift briefings will be essential to prepare your team for the day ahead and inspire them to be proactive and enthusiastic.

Work Schedule

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. Starting from £18.00 per hour (based on experience). Shifts will be available throughout the year on various event days, typically lasting between 4 to 5 hours.
