About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Staff Member to join our team at Burnley FC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Event Preparation
    • Ensure suites are set up and ready for guests
    • Prepare for food and beverage service
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
    • Use tablets to manage food service and ensure accuracy
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests
    • Escalate any customer complaints to management
