Position Overview:

We require experienced, passionate, and dedicated supervisors to lead our hospitality efforts.

Your ability to manage and inspire your team will be crucial for their success in delivering exceptional service.

This role involves cultivating strong relationships with returning guests and understanding their expectations for each event. Adaptability is key, as you will oversee various hospitality areas, including exclusive and premium sections that demand outstanding customer service. Our hospitality services cater to a diverse clientele, offering a range of dining options from casual bites to exquisite multi-course meals.

You will be responsible for ensuring your operational area is fully equipped and prepared ahead of service, taking into account anticipated guest numbers, service times, and specific targets. Leading briefings for each shift will be essential, as you prepare and motivate your team for the day ahead, encouraging a proactive and enthusiastic approach.

Work Schedule

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. Starting at £18.00 per hour (based on experience). Shifts will be available throughout the year, with varying times typically ranging from 7 to 8 hours.
