Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in German or Dutch to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for the Northern European region, managing international payroll for 9 countries, and handling general HR matters for overseas staff.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model, requiring 50% of your time to be spent in our central London office and 50% working from home. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations for the Northern European region
  • Manage international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing team
  • Handle general HR matters for overseas staff
  • Collaborate with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be a great communicator, acting with diplomacy at all times. You will have a solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market, and experience in managing international payroll. You will also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and independently.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or Dutch, written and spoken
  • Additional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market
  • Experience in managing international payroll
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and independently
