Often, their voices go unheard when it comes to the support they need. They may lack the opportunity to pursue their career aspirations or manage their finances effectively. Many may not have the chance to explore new hobbies that excite them.

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our expanding team in Stroud/Stonehouse. You will receive comprehensive training to empower you as a confident Care Support Specialist.

What we offer:
- Work Location: Stroud/Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate plus holiday pay
- Working Hours: A combination of early, late, and sleep-in shifts. For those interested in sleep-in shifts, we offer £60 per shift along with over 12% holiday pay.
- Pay Incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates during the holiday season.

Your Role:
Each day will bring new experiences. Your responsibilities may include assisting someone in planning their weekly shopping, participating in outdoor activities, providing personal care, or supporting someone in attending their favorite events. Your goal will be to help individuals discover new interests, achieve their aspirations, and maintain vital connections with family and friends.
You will deliver the highest standard of care and support to adults with learning disabilities. This involves actively listening to their needs, assisting with daily tasks such as medication management and meal preparation, and encouraging them to build confidence while exploring new adventures. You will work flexible shifts that accommodate both your professional and personal life.
We are looking for a female Care Support Specialist who:
- Holds a full UK driving license
- Has prior experience in care
- Is adaptable and willing to take on various shifts
