Job Summary

We are seeking a female support worker to join our team in Stroud/Stonehouse. As a support worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to learning disabled adults, including assistance with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, and personal hygiene.
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, enabling them to participate in activities and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest possible standard of care and support.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts to support the needs of the service.

Requirements

  • Be a driver with a full UK licence.
  • Have experience working in care, preferably with learning disabled adults.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts.
