Support Learning Disabled Adults in Stroud/Stonehouse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Stroud/Stonehouse. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.

You will work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts, and will be required to drive a vehicle with a full UK license. You will also be expected to be flexible and able to pick up a range of shifts to support your work and home life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing everyday personal care, supporting individuals to plan their weekly shop, and enabling them to engage in activities they enjoy. You will also work with individuals to build their confidence and take on new adventures.

You will be required to work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that individuals receive the highest possible standard of care and support.
