Female Care Support Specialist (Casual)

Your Role:

As part of our compassionate team, you will receive comprehensive training to become a confident Care Support Specialist.   • Salary: Competitive hourly rate plus holiday pay
  • Working Hours: A mix of early, late, and sleep-in shifts, with additional pay for sleep-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will vary, from assisting individuals with their shopping plans to engaging in outdoor activities. You will provide personal care and support, helping individuals enjoy their favorite events and develop confidence in everyday tasks, such as using public transport and managing finances.

Your commitment to delivering high-quality care will ensure that individuals receive the support they need to live independently and maintain important relationships with family and friends. You will also have the flexibility to manage your shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a full UK driving license
  • Has prior experience in the care sector
  • Is adaptable and willing to take on various shifts
