The Role: Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Ashford. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with complex care needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, including personal care and support
  • Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Must be based in the UK
