About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a similar role
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • A minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
