About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by providing high-quality personal care and support.

Our team provides flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including early shifts, late shifts, long days, and nights throughout the week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, adhering to individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous paid experience as a carer or support worker within the UK.
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
