Night Support Worker

Job Summary
Kent County Council is seeking a Night Residential Support Worker to join our Children's Home teams. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routines and provide support to young people in a residential setting
- Set goals and facilitate a learning culture in the centre
- Work across a rolling shift pattern, including regular cover over weekends
Requirements
- Experience of working with children and young people
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for providing support and care to vulnerable young people
What We Offer
- Full induction and training
- Competitive salary of between £26,515 and £28,850
- Annual leave allowance of 27 days (29 days after 5 years service)
- Relocation packages up to £8,000
