About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our Children's Home team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage routines and provide a safe and supportive environment for young people
  • Set goals and work with young people to achieve their full potential
  • Facilitate a learning culture and promote positive relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of between £26,515 and £28,850
  • Full induction and training opportunities
  • Annual leave allowance of 27 days (29 days after 5 years service)
