Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to enhance our complex care services.

This position is ideal for experienced Senior or Care Assistants with clinical expertise who aspire to elevate their career in the healthcare sector. The role offers a paid Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care along with various opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure the effective management of a small group of clients with varied complex care requirements, including interventions such as ventilation and bowel management.
  • Conduct the induction process for Care Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary clinical skills and training to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, which includes clinical shifts of varying lengths and supervisory duties primarily during weekdays.
  • Ensure that clients receive outstanding service from a well-trained and compassionate team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £31,500 based on a 37.5-hour work week, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Commitment to achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years, funded by the organization.
