Role Overview:
As a Care Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering care within the home. You will assist in maintaining the highest standards of care across all aspects of our operations.

Progression from this role can lead to CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage.

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts based on the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential leadership and guidance to the care team during your shifts. Inspire and motivate the care team to achieve outstanding results in resident care. Oversee the supervision, evaluation, and performance management of team members, fostering individual growth and achievement. Conduct enhanced clinical care tasks, including monitoring vital signs and urine output.

Required Skills & Experience:

A genuine passion for providing care. Prior experience in a care role. Strong communication abilities. Proven experience in leading, empowering, and motivating a team.
