About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Manager to join our team at Athena Care Homes. As a Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Assist, motivate, and inspire passion in the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes in care.
- Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team.
- Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring urine output.
Requirements:
- A passion for care and a proven track record of leading and managing a care team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in a care position and a strong understanding of care delivery.
